Today I had my first day of classes. I enjoyed them even though they are demanding. What is really awesome is my classes don’t start until 11:40am so I can leave Gentofte at 11 on the train and still get to class in time.
Danish Langue class will be difficult but I really like my professor, Nina Lahav. She has studied all over the world including Harvard. She is really interesting. She showed us Martin and X-factor. X-factor is the Danish program equivalent to American Idol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRw9GTCYuaU&feature=related
Urban Design Theory also looks to be demanding but it calk full of information and field trips I will enjoy to absorb this semester. My professor Kristian Villadsen is young and works for Gehl Architects http://www.gehlarchitects.dk/ I really like how it feels more like interning because he will show us his work that he is working on presently at work.
Socially I am doing really well. It seems I am making a new close friend to pal around with everyday at lunch. Tomorrow I have Italian Renaissance and Urban Design Studio.

Hi Allie:
Glad you are having such a great experience there in Denmark. Your Host family sounds very nice.
Did you get my card before you left? Time snuck up on me, too. We just have always lived too far away from each other.
Love your Blog.........I don't know much about these types of computer things, but I will try to learn so that I can communicate with YOU!!!
Today is a beautiful day again in Fort Collins. Can't believe it's already Labor Day Weekend.
Grandpa & Auntie Beth are in Branson, MO for Grandpa's 84th Infantry Reunion.
Taylor & his Dad are in San Jose, CA for a Hockey Tourneyment.
Laura & Blake are in Anaheim, CA for a Hockey Tournament.
I'm going out to take some photos of houses for Wells Fargo Bank and then off to a picnic with some friends tonight.
Lots of BIG XXXX's & OOOO's,
Aunt Sandy
Hey Aunt Sandy!
Yes I did get your card. Thank you very much. I am sorry I didn't say thank you earlier. I got it the day before I left. Classes are tough but I like them. I love the people here and the styles. I have been going out with friends a lot. Good times.
I got the picture of Blake with his champion team. That's great!
Love you :)
